We Make Fog. Really, Really Good Fog.

Nimbus Ground Effects was founded in 2019 by Marcus Bellweather, a mechanical systems engineer who spent over a decade designing atmospheric effects for theme parks and public attractions. After building fog systems for three major entertainment venues and two botanical garden installations, Marcus saw an opportunity to bring the same technology to residential and boutique commercial clients.

What started as a one-person operation in a garage in Argyle, Texas, has grown into a full-service fog engineering company with a team of experienced technicians, over a hundred successful installations, and a reputation for doing things right.

Absolutely. Our fog fluid is pharmaceutical-grade propylene glycol — the same base ingredient used in food products, cosmetics, and medical inhalers. It’s completely non-toxic and safe for children, dogs, cats, birds, and other pets. We wouldn’t put anything in your yard that we wouldn’t let our own kids play in.
